We started the business in 2005, my brother Loren has been our service adviser from the beginning and my wife also works also here doing books and payroll. We are truly a local family business.
I was born in Tucson and have lived on the east side all my life. I grew up living only 1.5 miles from where the shop is located today, this is also where my parents still reside. We see our customers at the grocery store and while driving down the road. We live and work in our immediate community with the people I feel like I have grown up with. I like to think of our customers as extended family members. In this day in age, it’s hard to find a business that treats you with respect and honesty, and caring about you and the money you spend. We work very hard to ensure that our customers are getting an accurately-diagnosed car that’s fixed right and they are getting value for their dollar. We know how hard it is to make a living and we treat each repair with that in mind, caring for each customer as though they were our Sister, Mother, Brother, Father or our own child. “Specializing in high quality automotive repair” was the phrase we used in our phone book ad when we first started out and it still rings true.
